I just wanted to give a big thank you to the team at Fleetwood Apartments for promptly fixing the light and latch at the dog park gate. It’s such a small detail, but it makes a big difference for those of us who enjoy taking our pups out in the evenings. The added security and visibility are definitely appreciated. It’s great to see the community being well cared for—thank you for staying on top of things!

So far everything has gone smoothly. The move in process was very quick and easy. Everything done online and the managers kept communicating about everything. Maintenance was quick with getting things done. Both issues was fixed within 2 days.

I'm sad that they don't have anymore lofts available for my time frame, I toured with Kevin who is amazing by the way. He told me beforehand that they don't have any more 2 bed lofts to rent but was still kind enough to show me a vacant loft since they dont have pictures available online. I ultimately decided to just renew my contract at my current place but will be checking back when something comes up. Thank you Kevin for all your help!

Me and my fiancé move in 1 month ago… we love here,we have beautiful apartment brand new whit furniture… neighborhood is so nice and is quiet… sometimes i feel like I live alone.. hahaha but I love this place… always when i need help people come to help😊

Our family and I we live here since 2020 and we are happy we have close all stores me and 2 more families moved out of CA and it’s very affordable for my mom too as a retired old woman. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. Parking good, clean and nice.
